The project is for the construction of a new wood-framed apartment building Named ‘building d’. This building will connect to the existing building ‘b’ with a Corridor built to match building ‘b’ construction type; the buildings will be Separated with a 2-hr fire wall. Site work will include new parking areas and a Community courtyard space.
